Ocean Song
A HEALING SPACE AT TYBEE ISLAND, GEORGIA
In 2021, in an act of radical reclamation, Sagdrina purchased Ocean Song 333, a premium, top-floor, ocean-front condo, on Tybee Island, Georgia.
There, she wants you to radically rest.
Born and raised in Savannah, Georgia, Sagdrina’s deep love for all things low country is deeply rooted in connection – connection to her ancestors, to her Gullah Geechee culture, and to the very water where it all began.
After laying more roots in Atlanta to raise her own family, Sagdrina would escape toward Savannah every few months, feeling spiritually unsettled if too much time passed between her visits to hear the ocean’s song.
Then came Covid, and with it, isolation. For Sagdrina, this meant no visits to Savannah on a whim, no space to sit and hear the truths of the water.
And so, in equal parts resistance to isolation and radical reclamation of her power, she purchased Ocean Song 333 and laid claim to her very own healing space, one that perfectly connects all of the things she treasures most.

Meena’s Manor
Meena’s Manor is a heartfelt tribute to Sagdrina’s grandmother, Wilhelmina McGee, an accomplished educator with deep roots in Savannah, Georgia. Named in her honor, this sanctuary reflects the spirit of Southern hospitality that shaped Sagdrina’s upbringing and embodies Meena’s legacy of nurturing growth and community. Meena’s Manor is a sacred space where one can convene, rest, and restore. It is a haven to reflect and celebrate one another, rooted in the love and care that Wilhemina shared so generously throughout her life.

By promoting fair pricing and accessibility, markets transform into lively hubs where community connections flourish.
