The Legacy Leadership Project
The Legacy Leadership Project is a program dedicated to culturally relevant, place-based leadership cultivation for mission-driven women leaders in the social impact sector. Our values-based curriculum takes a holistic approach to universal impact, delivering both an individualized and collective transformation. This project enables our participants to engage with the expertise of our Collective network, partners, and subject-matter experts, who possess both the knowledge and experience to provide support to one another, fostering meaningful idea exchange.

The EAT Methodology
Inspired by her parents’ legacy of service and advocacy, Sagdrina brings a lifelong commitment to systems change. She developed the EAT Methodology—Empathy, Awareness, and Transformation—as a guiding framework for her work. This approach is embedded across SageD Collective’s programming, from Executive Coaching and Communities of Practice to keynote speaking and impact-focused media campaigns. Through these efforts, the Collective supports leaders and builds market spaces with intention, equity, and care.
SageD Transformational Journeys
In 2021, in an act of radical reclamation, Sagdrina purchased Ocean Song 333, a premium, top-floor, ocean-front condo, on Tybee Island, Georgia. At SageD, we partner with dear & thoughtfully selected spaces that we recommend for restoration, curating environments designed to foster reconnection and rejuvenation.
