Bold Leaders. Deep Roots: Our Newest Legacy Leadership Project Cohort is Taking Root
We are proud to introduce the newest Executive cohort of the Legacy Leadership Project, a dynamic group of creative leaders and changemakers committed to furthering equity, building a legacy, and transforming leadership. Each Executive is stepping into an 18-month journey grounded in personal growth, collective accountability, and systemic impact. Together, they represent what is possible when leadership is rooted in purpose and design meant to include everyone.
Engaging our Executive Cohort through the Legacy Leadership Project entails more than just professional development and is a commitment to evolving how leadership shows up in each of our communities and within our different industries. Leadership means many things, but at its core, it encompasses an individual’s capacity to give grace and receive grace as they work towards designing structures that engage everyone. Our Executives are contributing to the broader vision that makes up the Beloved Community while advancing their growth. We hope that each woman joining the Collective feels inspired by our community and equipped with the tools necessary to lead with innovation and intention.
