When we brought folks together to screen the film, Acts of Reparations, we knew that we were going to experience more than a documentary and create a space to reflect on how we live out our values surrounding care, ownership, and truth in our everyday lives.

The SageD Collective is a values-based organization. The work we do feels urgent;  pivotal for the partners, industry experts, and individuals we represent.

On the evening of June 19th, we came together to screen Acts of Reparations, a documentary film that follows two friends, Selina Lewis Davidson and Macky Alston, as they explore what it means to both reclaim and reckon with their roots.

At Sage D, cultural sensitivity is not just a principle that we follow, it is a guiding force in how we approach every engagement, every partnership, and every moment of community-building.
